My biggest takeaway from the session was learning how to use new skills and techniques to get past Gatekeepers, which I had never tried before, and they are working. Also, I don't think you can have too much knowledge. Since attending, I feel more confident in the answer prompt that Shaf taught me, and what I have found particularly useful is the first thing I was taught: if a man answers, first name him, or if it’s a woman, first name her. I have been doing that and it seems to be working quite well for me. I would recommend Kia's training to others, as Shafia is a lovely lady.
